• transparent and honest service provision. We adhere to all internal and external laws and regulations and only finance high-quality real estate; 
• reliable management. Where possible, we wish to safeguard the environment and seek to promote an active personnel and health and safety policy.

Activities with consideration for the environment

• We strive to promote a climate neutral strategy. Our investments in forests and sustainable energy projects compensate for the CO2 emissions of our lease cars. In order to do this, we have engaged the KlimaatNeutraal Groep (Climate Neutral Group). Using a strictly controlled process, all projects are certified by independent organisations.
• We use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) paper, which is made from wood harvested in FSC forests. The organisation manages forests, taking into account the indigenous population, the natural environment and wildlife. 
• We drink coffee from Utz Kapeh. (‘good coffee’ in Maya language). This non-profit organisation helps small farmers and uses a code of conduct to ensure socially, environmentally and economically friendly coffee production. 
• We use green power.
